In addition there are some e-mails which
have presented problems in opening. The account holders
have been contacted to re-send and a supplementary report
will be available at the meeting with the response
details.
All the email responses that were sent by the
public following the DCCs decision to accept emails
were lost in a technical black hole by the
DCC.
DCC has sent out emails to the addresses it has recovered
requesting they resend their emails. However they have
given only 3 working days to do this. If you sent an
email to elvastoncastle@derbyshire .gov.uk and you have
not received a resend, please contact us as soon as
possible.
